Across Dane County, Friday nights have become synonymous with pickleball, offering players a chance to enjoy friendly competition, meet new people, and connect with the growing local pickleball community. Whether you prefer outdoor courts under the summer sky or indoor, climate-controlled facilities, there are plenty of options to fit every playing style and skill level.

From monthly themed socials to weekly gatherings featuring food, drinks, music, and open play, these events combine the best of recreation and community. Grab your paddle, invite a friend, and check out some of the most popular Friday night pickleball events in the area.

Dinks and Drinks

Bakken Park, Cottage Grove | Monthly | 5:00–8:00 p.m.

Now in its third summer, Dinks and Drinks combines pickleball, socializing, and community giving into one enjoyable evening. Held once a month at Bakken Park, the event features special themes such as Food Pantry Night and School Supplies Night, making it a great way to have fun while supporting local causes.

Friday Night Lights

Wyndham Hills Park, Sun Prairie | Monthly

Pickleball Kingdom, Sun Prairie | Weekly

Pickleball Kingdom's Summer Socials transform Friday nights into themed indoor events featuring open play, music, and refreshments.
