Association Structure
The CAPA association Board consists of a total of nine (9) Board members, including a President, Vice-President, and seven (7) At-Large Directors. CAPA is organized as a 501c(7) tax-exempt organization. The Board shall have overall governing authority of the Association consistent with the By-Laws and shall authorize all committees.
