FAQ or How do I ..... ?
How do I change your email address, home address, skill level or any other item in your personal profile?
Click on the link on the upper right of the CAPA homepage. It will have you log-in to your personal profile. From there you can modify or update any item in your personal profile.
How do I reset my password?
Have you forgotten your profile password on the CAPA website or just want to change your password? Check out this document that describes each step and shows what the screen should look like as you make this change.
How do I change my skill level in my CAPA personal profile?
Are you not getting invitations to CAPA pickleball events? Invitations to many pickleball events are emailed to CAPA members based on their skill level listed in their profile. Log into your profile and change the skill level listed to be more accurate. Check out this document that describes each step and shows what the screen should look like as you make this change.

How do I change Change My Payment Renewal to be Automatic?
You can change your Payment Renewal to be Automatic by changing your member type...
Note: Likely the process is renewing “earlier” than what was planned…loosing some days of active membership
- Goto the top right corner - Click on you name (your profile info will appear)
- Scroll Down to the Membership Details - Click on the “Change” at the end of the Membership type
- The next screen shows the membership types available for you to change to:
- Ideally you are changing from NO autopayment to YES autopayment
- Choose the appropriate level and press save
- This will start the RENEWAL Payment process
- An invoice will be created
- Your payment information will be requested and SAVED for next year
- “Today” will become your new renewal date

How do I change privacy settings?
You can set your privacy settings to allow others to see as much or as little of your personal information as you like. Note: if you turn off emails, the only email you will receive is system notifications and dues renewal notifications. Click here to read our Privacy Policy.
